The following is a suggested framework for the structure and governance of the institute:

Advisory Board

The Institute for Research Analysis and Dialogue (IRAD) operates under the guidance of an Advisory Board composed of distinguished development professionals from academia, government, civil society, and the private sector. This Board plays a crucial role in providing oversight for the Institute’s strategy, policies, operations, and financial matters, ensuring effective governance and alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Executive Leadership

The institute would thrive under the leadership of acapable Executive Director appointed by the Advisory
Board, overseeing operations and strategy. The organizational structure consists of distinct
divisions—Research, Dialogue, Capacity Building, Grants, Partnership and External Relations, along with Support Services such as Finance, Human Resources, ICT, and Supply Chain.
The senior management team is further strengthened by a cadre of seasoned experts, associates, and fellows who play integral roles by offering technical support and advisory services. Whether engaged in consultancies or contributing to research outputs, their diverse expertise significantly augments the overall effectiveness of the Institute.
